Easy Crab Pasta Salad

Whether you get home after a long day of work and don’t feel like cooking or you need something easy and fast for a pot luck or appetizer, this is just perfect. What I love about this, is that you can customize it to your liking. If you don’t like crabs, you can make it without, or use shrimps or chicken instead. If you want to add more vegetables, you can.

I have learned that you can customize any recipe to your liking, so you shouldn’t be afraid to try new things 🙂 With that said, let’s get started!


♥ Crab packet

♥ 1 onion

♥ 3 bell peppers (a red, yellow and green)

♥ 2 grated carrots

♥ French dressing

♥ Fusilli colorful pasta



  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook it until it’s soft. It usually takes 10 to 15 min.
  2. In the meantime, open the crab packet and drain all the excess water.
  3. Chop the onions and the peppers in little pieces and put it all in a bowl including the crab and grated carrots. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it in the same bowl.
  4. Add the French dressing and mix it well. Season it with salt and pepper to you liking and you are done.
