What would a cake be without frosting? If I’m honest with you all, including myself, it’s the best part of the cake. That creamy goodness that compliments a cake so perfectly with the perfect amount of sweetness… And don’t even get me started on Nutella? That rich, cream, hazelnut chocolate.
I have used this frosting with a lot of cakes, whether it was a Vanilla, Caramel or Chocolate cake. It’s easy, it doesn’t take a long time to prepare it and it will compliment your cake perfectly.
♥ 1 cup softened butter
♥ 2 cups of powdered sugar
♥ 2 tablespoons of milk
♥ 3 tablespoons of Nutella
♥ 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, milk and vanilla until smooth with an electric mixer.
- Add the powdered sugar little by little on a low setting so that the sugar doesn’t go flying every where until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the Nutella and mix well.
